Holly’s evaluations and marketing assessments revealed that this would be the best direction for the company. She is excited to lead the Waters Organization in this next chapter. Since beginning her career as a Recruiter in 2003 working for Accountants One, Inc. (an affiliate of The Waters Organization), Holly's success has been founded on honesty and integrity. She is committed to working with Atlanta's top talent, and brings value by matching top talent with top organizations. She does this by carefully listening to and evaluating both candidates and clients - their desires and expectations - to ensure a perfect match. Holly has a Bachelors of Arts in English from Georgia State University. While in school, she gained valuable experience in accounting at an organization where she managed accounts receivable and collections. Before joining the Accountants One team, Holly taught High School English in Gwinnett County. She was able to enhance the reading, writing, and communication skills of more than 150 students. In 2009, Holly billed $200K, making her the top recruiter for The Waters Organization and Accountants One. Holly was the top recruiter in 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2009 and she has life-time billings of over One Million Dollars. On a personal note, Holly enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband and 6 brothers and sisters. On almost every holiday weekend, you will find Holly on Amelia Island or Hilton Head Island vacationing with family.
