Melanie acquired The Waters Organization July 1, 2009. Melanie’s evaluations and marketing assessments revealed that this would be the best direction for the company. She is excited to lead the Waters Organization in this next chapter. Melanie has been a proud member of the Accountants One/The Waters Organization team for over 7 years. She has developed an uncanny instinct for the Atlanta job market for over 12 years as a staffing Consultant. By utilizing her knowledge of both Contract and Permanent Accounting and Financial Placement, Melanie has been able to bring many of Atlanta's top companies great value through her service. She is a life-long resident of Georgia, and has Accounting experience in Manufacturing and Oil and Gas Industries.
In 2007, Melanie billed over $300K, making her the top recruiter for Accountants One. In fact, Melanie has exceeded over One Million Dollars in placements at Accountants One.
Melanie currently resides in peaceful Lawrenceville with her husband Bryant Davis and her two children Sara and Brady.
