Created in 2004, The Waters Organization is a full service recruiting firm specializing in Administrative, Office Professional and Clerical Accounting staffing at the temporary, temp to hire and direct hire capacity. The Waters Organization is affiliated with Accountants One, Inc., a 37 year old Accounting and Financial Recruiting Firm. In addition to staffing, we provide testing and assessment services, background checks, PEO/Payroll services, out placement services and consulting.
The Waters Organization, has been acquired by Holly Monaghan. and Melanie Davis. The two women—who have a combined 15 years of experience with the firm and 20 years in staffing—assumed ownership on July 1, 2009 making The Waters Organization a new female-owned business.
