THE WATERS ORGANIZATION ANNOUNCES NEW OWNERSHIP
Accountants One, Inc. Affiliate Acquired by Senior Recruiters Melanie Davis and Holly Monaghan
July 14, 2009 (Atlanta, GA) – Accountants One, Inc. announces that long-time affiliate, The Waters Organization, has been acquired by Senior Recruiter Melanie Davis and Contract Recruiting Manager Holly Monaghan. The two women—who have a combined 15 years of experience with the firm—assumed ownership on July 1, making the new female-owned business a minority-owned company.
“We are thrilled that Melanie and Holly have become majority shareholders in The Waters Organization,” said Dan Erling, Vice-President of Accountants One. “Both of them have been invaluable assets to our company, and we are pleased to support them as they lead The Waters Organization into this new era.”
Created in 2004 as a value-add for Accountants One clients, The Waters Organization recruits Administrative/Office Professionals and Clerical Accounting Staff. In addition to staffing, the company provides testing and assessment services, PEO/Payroll services, out placement services and consulting. The Waters Organization is in the process of applying for WBE certification.
