Payrolling is becoming a common practice for employers who locate a contract or temporary employee without the assistance of a recruiter. Employers typically have established a relationship with the candidate, but do NOT want to add him or her to their payroll. In these cases, The Waters Organization becomes the employer for the contract employee – providing a back-office payrolling service which will eliminate:
- A variety of paperwork issues
- Potential benefit problems
- Liability and exposure.
The cost of this service is minimal and is based on the contractor’s pay rate. Clients are invoiced weekly based on the hours submitted by the contract employee on an approved timesheet. All contractors are issued a weekly check and have the option for direct deposit.
