Executive Support and Office Management:
Our client located inside the perimeter seeks full time Executive Administrative Assistant and Office Support Personnel. This position requires the employee to work in the office Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM.
Requirements:
Knowledge of insurance industry (Life, Long Term Care, Annuity, Disability Insurance) a must.
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Previous role as administrative assistant in professional environment.
QuickBooks experience preferred.
Corporate communication skills.
Stellar references from past managers.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Some duties might include the following:
Support CFO with accounting & administrative duties. Ie: Updating of commission schedules; mailing / email of commission statements and payments, data entry into QuickBooks.
Setting up all Zoom meetings and calendaring appointments.
Liaison between IT, FedEx, UPS and other employees.
Filing and binding hard copy documents for presentations.
Constant communication on behalf of Executives to other associates and vendors.
Ability to prioritize all assigned tasks from individuals based on importance.

Self-starter, Organized, Ability to pivot quickly, think skin and sense of urgency.
